         Dyamond Howell '19 is from Raleigh, North Carolina. Soror Howell is the chapter President for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a Cinema and Television Arts major and a Digital Art minor.             Bernadette Cooper '18 is from Durham, North Carolina. Soror Cooper is the chapter Vice President for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a Psychology major with minors in Neuroscience, Criminal Justice and Leadership Studies. As the Executive Intern for the Center for Access and Success she has been developing a mentoring program with Williams High School in Burlington, which will be one of the chapter’s service engagements this year. In her free time, she enjoys eating at new restaurants, napping, and playing with her dog, Roxie! Favorite Quote: "What, then, shall we say in response to these things?             Tatyana Louis '18 is from Kennesaw, Georgia. Soror Louis is the Sergeant-At-Arms for the 2017-2018 academic year, as well as serving on the Homecoming Committee. She is a Public Health Studies major with minors in Statistics and Human Service Studies. Soror Louis also serves on the executive board for One Sixteen Bible study formally known as Affinity.             Jordyn McAtee '19 is from Charlotte, North Carolina. Soror McAtee is the chapter Corresponding Secretary and Internal Audit Chair for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a Human Service Studies major with minors in Criminal Justice Studies and Poverty and Social Justice. Eventually, Soror McAtee aims to work within the Criminal Justice System, revising legislation that disproportionately and negatively impacts low-income communities and communities of color. On campus, she has served as the President of the Black Student Union and as a S.M.A.R.T. Mentor. She tries to use her positions on campus to benefit others, hopes to lead younger students at Elon and in the outer community to find their passions.             Jayla Starcher '19 is from Charlotte, North Carolina. Soror Starcher is the Financial Secretary and Step Mistress for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a Public Health major and a Biology minor. Soror Starcher hopes to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant working in infant and maternal medicine after graduation.          Donita Sharkey '18 is from Memphis, Tennessee. Soror Sharkey is serving as the chapter Publicist for the 2017-2018 academic year. She is a Cinema and Television Arts major. At Elon, she works with Residences Life as an Apartment Manager as well as being a Student Coordinator in the Center for Race, Ethnicity, and Diversity Education. Through her campus involvement, she aims to help cultivate identities through peer mentorship, the organization of solidarity conferences, and by being her most authentic self.  Favorite Quote: "I will not subject myself to the limitations of someone else's mind."

She is majoring in BFA Acting and BA Arts Administration with a minor in business management. In addition to her responsibilities as a mother, student, and Omicron Iota chapter member, she serves as a Residence Life Apartment Manager,  a student worker for the Student Professional Development Center, the student liaison for the SPDC advisory committee, the lead house manager for Elon University Performing Arts, a mentor to underclass arts majors, and the treasure for the NPHC Executive Board.
